    Anyone know the correct thread pitch for the shifter knob?

    Long story short I have one on order from my local dealer but someone stole the shifter knob while it was in transit to them, they say they can't sell it without a shift knob. They're trying to source a factory replacement but I'm happy to buy an aftermarket replacement so I can drive the car...
