Carbon Fiber Hood

Because I don't value my children, I'm willing to consider a carbon fiber roof. HOWEVER, it would be nice if the style of CF on the roof was available for the hood. All the 3rd party products have a very tight weave while the hood.... does not.
Thoughts? Suggestions?

Am I being to OCD? Would having it be matchy matchy look bad? ACK

HOOD QUEST UPDATE:

Used my VPN to search carbon fiber hoods for the Yaris in Japan as a starting point. Tegiwa wanted customers to know that their CF hood was 2 kg heavier than the Yaris' bc the Yaris hood is aluminum.

Just did the magnet test. GR hood is also aluminum.

This is a reminder that after 2 years of drooling and fortune, I really don't know enough about my car. How do we get an engineer / product expert to give us the full low down on the great creature?
