Welcome enjoy the GR! I'm new here myself. *OUCH* Now I have to ask you which do you like better the RS or the GR? I thought about one years ago but backoff with the head gasket problems. I know Ford got it fixed the issue but it had me a little gun shy considering the dealership around my neck of the woods.. Instead we bought a GT500 then proceeded to have clutch issues which were eventually fixed by Ford under warranty.👍🇺🇸

Heh got kind of a similar story my 18 Orange Spice got t boned 2 months ago . Insurance totaled it and sold it back to me . I wound up collecting a check for $21,100 More than Inpaid for it new in 18. My Body shop is actually fixing it for me for $8500! It’s almost done. I bought a 19 FiST with 23k on it for a good deal because it popped local. Been driving it around and was like man Why don’t I go test drive a Z and the GRC . Never got the chance to drive the because you think some Toyota dealers are being bad about markups? Nissan dealers are getting dump. They would not let me test drive the Z till I did loan paperwork, WTF? Then I looked at the price 75k . Ya I walked anyways here is my Orange Spice right after the accident it still drove ok besides the fact there was a 3 inch gap between the top of the rear passenger door frame and the roof Orange Spice has only 26k on it and still smells brand new interior. Of course it’s a Recaro car. Probably gonna keep it and sell my 97 Boston Green/ Modena M3/4/5 Slicktop 1 of 52 in the country. Only Slicktop!

Hey all. After 5 years of ownership, I traded my 2016 Ford Focus RS in for my 2023 GR Corolla back in July. I've had the car for over a month, put over 4000 kms on it, and taken it to three different provinces.

The RS was a great car but the only thing I really miss is the better backup camera and the slightly bigger trunk space.

Hello all.
my previous Daily (2008 focus ZXW) lost third and fifth gear and a piston Thursday. my weekend touring car(1999 BMW E39 Touring lost a radiator and alternator Friday.
so with some seroious searching i found a GR Corolla Core not already spoken for. I got a ride from my brother and as of Saturday Sept 16th i own it. I put 335 miles on it driving home from the dealership in western wyoming.
I LOVE IT.
Got 32 mpg and in the canyons and mountains i was not driving in Economy mode.

Hello from the East coast of Florida. I am a former Lexus RCF and BMW 335i owner. I purchased a new Corolla 16 valve twin cam when they came out in 1986 and when i saw this new GR i was in love. I have just broken it in and it is so much fun. I am looking forward to a long reliable relationship. I also own a 2016 Toyota Tacoma.
